If your Samsung TV reads out every menu and button, Voice Guide is on. It's an accessibility feature, and it usually gets switched on by accident from the remote's volume button.
01 · Before you start
Check these first
- Samsung says the accessibility menu can be opened by holding the volume button on the remote, which is typically how Voice Guide gets turned on accidentally.
- Menu names can differ slightly by model and software version.

If the setting doesn't change
Samsung notes that even when Voice Guide is Off or muted, the voice guide for Accessibility Shortcuts stays enabled, so you may still hear speech when you open that menu. Software updates can contain fixes for Voice Guide issues, and if the menu path doesn't match your TV, check its user manual.
