Printers offer two different resets: one for network settings only, and one for everything. Find the brand and model on the front or on the label inside the cartridge door before choosing.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reset a printer to factory settings?
Use the restore or reset option in the printer's settings menu. Printers without a screen use a button combination that depends on the model.
Will resetting my printer fix Wi-Fi problems?
Try the network-only reset first. It clears the Wi-Fi settings without resetting everything else.
