- Check the original power adapter and cable, and confirm that the Wi-Fi signal is adequate before resetting.

How to factory reset eufy camera
Before you confirm
Download important recordings before resetting. You will need to reconnect the camera to the eufy app.
eufy Indoor Cam
Camera SYNC button → 10 seconds
- After saving needed videos, hold the camera's SYNC button for 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the camera using Indoor Cam setup in the eufy app.
After the reset
For the Indoor Cam setup described by eufy, use Add Device, select Indoor Cam, scan its QR code and follow the prompts for a 2.4 GHz network.
Frequently asked questions
