Before you confirm

Factory reset restores defaults and requires setup again. If the battery is depleted, charge it first.

Sync → About 15 seconds → Blinking blue

  1. Unmount the camera and release its housing to reach Sync.
  2. Hold Sync for about 15 seconds, releasing when the LED blinks blue. Check for three amber flashes; completion can take 15–45 seconds.
  3. In Arlo Secure, select the camera's settings under Devices, then Device Info and Remove Device. Confirm, then add it again through the device list.

If held beyond 30 seconds, wait one minute before retrying. Pro 6th gen and Ultra 3rd gen use a different duration.

If you can't open the reset menu
