Reset and reconnect your Beats headphones
Before you start
Use only the procedure for your exact model; the two headphones below have different reset controls.
Beats Solo 4
Volume Down + Power · 10 seconds
- Hold left-earcup Volume Down and right-earcup Power for ten seconds.
- Release when the indicator flashes red and white.

Beats Studio Pro
Right-earcup system button · 10 seconds
- Hold the system button for ten seconds, then release.
- Five white lights followed by one red light repeat three times. The headphones then power on automatically.
