How to reset Nest Wifi

Nest Wifi Pro, the Nest Wifi router and the Nest Wifi point each have their own hold time. The reset button is under a circle etched into the bottom.
01 · Start here
Restart before erasing your setup
- Unplug the power cable, wait 10–20 seconds, then plug it back in and allow 1 to 2 minutes for it to power on.
- Or in the Google Home app, go to Home → Wifi → Network settings → Restart entire network.
- To restart one point: Home → All devices → touch and hold its tile → Settings → Restart Wifi point.
02 · Factory reset
How to factory reset Nest Wifi
Before you confirm
A factory reset erases all current settings and data, and you will need to set the router and points up again. Do not unplug the device while it resets.
Google Home app
All devices → device tile → Settings → Factory reset network
- Touch and hold the device tile, open Settings and tap Factory reset network, then Factory Reset. For a point, tap Factory reset Wifi point.

Nest Wifi Pro
Reset button underneath · 12 seconds
- Press and hold the reset button for 12 seconds. The light flashes yellow, then turns solid yellow.
- Release when it is solid yellow. The reset can take up to 5 minutes.

Nest Wifi router
Reset button underneath · 10 seconds
- Press and hold the factory reset button for 10 seconds. The light flashes yellow, then turns solid yellow.
- Release when it is solid yellow. The reset can take up to 10 minutes.

Nest Wifi point
Reset button underneath · about 15 seconds
- Press and hold the factory reset button. The reset begins after about 5 seconds.
- Keep holding for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms the point is resetting.

After the reset
Set the router and points up again in the Google Home app.
