This guide covers Smart Soundbar 600. Do not substitute its remote combination for another Bose soundbar.

Before resetting your device
- Turn off the bar and disconnect its power and any accessory bass/surround power.
- After 30 seconds reconnect the bar; wait about 30 more seconds, then reconnect accessories.

Reset and reconnect your Bose soundbar
Before you start
Factory restore erases settings. If Alexa is registered, complete Bose's linked Alexa-removal preparation before proceeding.
Smart Soundbar 600
Remote Play/Pause + Volume Down · 5 seconds
- Follow the source's Alexa deregistration steps if applicable, then remove the product from your Bose account.
- Hold Play/Pause and Volume Down on the remote together for five seconds.
- The light bar flashes twice and the bar reboots. Steady amber indicates setup mode.

After the reset
Open the Bose app and configure the soundbar again.
